Information we collect
When you contact us or request service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, contact and scheduling preferences, device or service details, and any notes you choose to provide. Our website and measurement tools may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and schedule service requests, provide customer support, send confirmations and service-related follow-up, protect the website from misuse, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.
How website requests are delivered
Website requests are processed on our web server and delivered to IT Tech LLC through Microsoft 365 email. A brief SMS alert may be sent to our technician through VoIP.ms so a request is not missed. The customer may receive a confirmation email. Website forms are not submitted directly to a CRM at this time.
Service providers, routing, and analytics
Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, hosting, Microsoft 365 email, VoIP.ms messaging, security, and site measurement. When you enter a service address, Google Maps Platform may process that address to estimate driving distance and travel time for service-area planning. Google Tag Manager is present on the site and may load analytics or measurement tags. Those technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers when enabled.
Retention and security
We retain request and communication records only for as long as reasonably necessary for service, support, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with a website request by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Text messages and email
If you submit a request, IT Tech LLC may respond about that request using the contact methods you provide. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use website service requests to send unrelated promotional email or text messages.
Protect sensitive information
Do not place passwords, access codes, payment-card numbers, financial information, or other sensitive credentials in a website form. A technician can arrange an appropriate way to exchange information if it is needed for service.
