Measure the problem where it happens
A fast internet plan does not guarantee reliable Wi-Fi in every room. We test signal strength, channel use, roaming, latency, wired backhaul options, and the locations where calls, cameras, televisions, or computers lose service.
Mesh, wired access points, or a better router
Mesh is useful in many homes, but it is not automatically the best answer. Building materials, floor layout, Ethernet availability, neighboring networks, and device needs determine whether mesh nodes, wired access points, or a router replacement will work best.
Installation that includes the devices
We place and configure the equipment, update it, secure administrator access, and reconnect priority devices. Printers, cameras, doorbells, smart TVs, workstations, and 2.4 GHz devices are tested rather than assuming a good phone speed test proves the project is complete.
Keep one understandable network
Unnecessary extenders and overlapping network names can make roaming less reliable. The finished design is documented in plain language so the customer knows which network to use and how the equipment is connected.
